1. We process purchase orders 7 days a week, however pick up will only be from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries over the weekends. This means that if you place your order on Thursday or Friday, your will only reach you the following week depending on the delivery schedule.

2. We aim to deliver your order to you in the fastest time possible. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

3. While we process all orders daily, we are bound by the delivery schedules of our own transport. For orders within KL/ Klang Valley area, your orders should get to you in 2 to 6 days. For orders outside KL / Klang Valley, kindly wait between 4 to 12 days. All orders made on Friday will only be delivered on the following Monday.  Slight delays will also happen due to public holidays and festive seasons. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.

4. We offer free delivery charge with purchase above RM100/= in order.

5.  Less than RM100 in order, we will be charge RM10/= per shipment for delivery in KL / Klang Valley area. For location out of KL / Klang Valley area, please give us a call or drop a massage to get quotation for a fair delivery charge.

6. There are some additional charges RM5 for heavy items order if the building not have a lift to delivery your office.
